We deliver to all UK addresses, including the Scottish Highlands and Islands, Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man and the Channel Islands. Deliveries to some remote areas may take 1–2 extra working days. We do not currently offer international delivery.
Orders placed before 1pm (UK time) Monday to Friday are normally dispatched the same or next working day. Orders placed after 1pm, at weekends or on UK bank holidays are dispatched on the next working day. Delivery times are estimates and start from the date of dispatch.
When your order leaves us you’ll receive a dispatch confirmation email with tracking information. You can also view your order status on our Track Your Order page or in My Account.
If you’re not in, the courier will usually leave a card, deliver to a neighbour or a safe place, or take the parcel to a local collection point. Please follow the instructions left by the courier.
If your parcel hasn’t arrived within 7 working days of dispatch, or arrives damaged, please contact us with your order number and we’ll investigate with the courier and arrange a replacement or refund. Under UK law, goods remain our responsibility until they are delivered to you.
