These terms apply to all orders placed through this website by consumers in the United Kingdom. Please read them before placing an order. By placing an order you agree to these terms. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.
When you place an order you will receive an email acknowledging it. This is not an acceptance of your order. A contract between you and us is formed when we email you to confirm your order has been dispatched. We may decline an order, for example if an item is out of stock, there is a pricing error or we cannot deliver to your address. If so, we will tell you and refund any payment in full.
We make every effort to show our products accurately. Colours may vary slightly depending on your screen, and measurements are approximate. Please check our Size Guide before ordering.
All prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. Delivery charges are shown at checkout. If we discover an obvious pricing error we will contact you before accepting your order. Payment is taken when you place your order and is processed securely by our payment providers.
We deliver to UK addresses only. Delivery times and charges are set out on our Shipping & Delivery page. Delivery dates are estimates. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery, and ownership passes once we have received full payment.
You have a legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. We also offer a 30-day returns policy for unworn items. Full details are in our Returns & Refunds policy.
We are under a legal duty to supply goods that are as described, fit for purpose and of satisfactory quality. If your goods are faulty, your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are explained in our Returns & Refunds policy.
Discount codes are subject to their stated conditions, cannot be exchanged for cash and only one code may be used per order unless stated otherwise. We may withdraw promotions at any time.
We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breach of these terms or our negligence. We do not exclude or limit our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or breach of your statutory rights. We only supply products for domestic and private use and are not liable for business losses.
All content on this website, including the Humitech name and logo, text and design, belongs to us or our licensors. You may not copy or use it for commercial purposes without our written permission.
We use your personal data as set out in our Privacy Policy.
These terms are governed by the law of Scotland. If you live in England and Wales or Northern Ireland, you can also bring proceedings in your local courts, and you will still benefit from any mandatory consumer protection laws of the part of the UK where you live.
